This notice explains how Sequoia Apparel, Inc. handles information collected through this website and its project inquiry form.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, business or organization, requested service, product type, quantity, deadline, project notes, uploaded artwork and any artwork download link. Required fields are marked on the form. Artwork and download links are optional.

Our website hosting and service providers may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, request times and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

How we use your information

We use inquiry information to review your artwork and project requirements, prepare quotes, respond to you and maintain a record of your request. We also use technical information to operate the website, troubleshoot problems and help prevent misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Who receives your information

Your inquiry is saved in our website’s inquiry system and sent to our team by email. Uploaded artwork may be included as an email attachment, and download links are included in the notification.

Service providers process information needed to support these functions, including OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure for the website, database and file storage; Resend for inquiry email delivery; and our email provider for receiving and storing messages. These providers may process information on systems outside your state or country. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, security issues or legal claims.

Artwork and external links

You may upload a supported file, including a .zip file, up to 10 MB, or provide a WeTransfer, Dropbox or other download link. Share only files you have permission to provide, and avoid including sensitive personal information unrelated to your project.

Files hosted on an external service remain subject to that service’s privacy practices and your sharing settings. Anyone with access to a broadly shared link may be able to open it. Our team may download files to review your request; revoking a link does not remove copies already downloaded.

Cookies and online tracking

We have not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics to this website. The inquiry form does not require a customer account. Hosting, security and team sign-in services may use cookies or similar technologies needed for their functions. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a connection from your browser to Google.

Our website code does not track your activity across other websites or change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. External services and websites you choose to visit have their own privacy and tracking practices.

Storage and security

Inquiries and artwork are stored in the website’s database and file storage, and copies may remain in email or project records. There is no automatic deletion schedule currently configured for website submissions. You can contact us to request deletion.

Access to the website’s team inbox and stored upload downloads is restricted to authorized access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit the form or optional information and contact us by phone instead. To request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, email sales@sequoiaapparel.com or call (559) 592-6252. Include your inquiry reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing project. Any additional rights available under applicable privacy law remain unaffected.

Children’s information

This inquiry form is intended for people arranging apparel and printing projects, not for children under 13 to submit personal information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes to this notice

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date when this notice changes. Please review it when submitting a new inquiry.
